Carolina Machado

Practice Manager

Carolina is the magic behind the scenes at Move Improve. From handling the paperwork that no one else has the patience to do, to smoothing out the little details that keep the clinic running, she’s the go-to person for all things admin. Outside of work, Carolina loves discovering Sydney’s best views, eats, and hidden gems… she might just have a better tour guide résumé than the pros!

Lesley Yu

Physiotherapy Assistant

Lesley is a final-year Physiotherapy student who’s all about community education and promoting healthy living. She has a keen interest in acute and chronic injuries, and is currently diving into research on knee tendinopathies. She established the clinic’s protocol on Dementia care using the latest evidence to help those maintain and optimise their brain health. Outside of uni and client care, Lesley is leading Pilates classes, hitting the gym, or spiking it on the volleyball court.

Bovan Lin

Exercise Physiologist

Bovan is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and final year Physiotherapy student with a big heart for community health. He enjoys supporting older adults to move better and live well. With great experience in Neurological conditions like Parkinson’s Disease and healthy ageining, he is all about tailored care, long-term gains and making movement feel approachable at any age. When he isn’t helping clients, he’s shooting hoops, playing badminton or riding his motorbike on the highways of Sydney.

If you’re looking for expert care to move and look after your health as you age, book in with Bovan!

Caner Ozer

Physiotherapy Assistant

Caner is a Physiotherapy Assistant at MoveImprove with a genuine passion for supporting people in their recovery. He values creating a calm and encouraging environment where patients feel comfortable and motivated.

He brings a creative approach to his work, inspired by his interests in design and photography. This helps him connect with people in unique ways and bring fresh energy into his role.

Outside of work, Caner enjoys staying active through tennis, exploring new projects, cooking and learning new languages (currently, he just speaks 4 languages!).

Jackson Williams

Physiotherapist

Jackson is a Physiotherapist and Accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist. He has a strong passion for keeping healthy, optimising performance and setting clients up for long-term health wins. He thrives on working with people who have an interest to keep moving, from weekend warriors to seniors needing a visit at home. He brings a practical, education-first approach to every session so you learn how to keep healthy even when he is not around. Away from work, you’ll find him running, cycling, or swimming – basically, if it involves movement, you’ll find Jackson there.

Book in with Jackson for a masterclass on how to move, improve and feel better doing what you love.

Faraz Majlessi

Principal Physiotherapist

Faraz is a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, with a special knack for helping people manage chronic and musculoskeletal pain. He’s also well versed in neurological and respiratory rehab, blending clinical expertise with a whole lot of heart. But, dont let the serious skills fool you. Faraz is a loveable nerd. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find him nose-deep in philosophy, learning a new language, or contemplating the meaning of life over tea. And just to keep things interesting, he’s also into horse riding and archery.

Book in with Faraz if you’re after top-tier care, and maybe a fun chat about Avicenna.
