Our NDIS Exercise Physiology Services

Our Exercise Physiologists support adults living with neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiometabolic, and psychosocial conditions. We use specific exercise and health optimisation strategies to improve physical capacity, manage chronic health conditions, and build healthy long-term habits.

We work closely with NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure every plan is aligned with functional goals, lifestyle needs, and NDIS outcomes. Whether you need help with fatigue, mobility, reconditioning, or strength, we bring expert support to you.

Our Expertise

Neurological Conditions

Including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Functional Neurological Disorder, Stroke, and Acquired Brain Injury.

Musculoskeletal Pain or Injury

Support for Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and Chronic low back or neck pain through movement re-training and conditioning

Metabolic & Cardiovascular Health

Management of conditions such as Diabetes, Obesity, High Blood Pressure, and Cardiovascular Disease with structured exercise and fatigue pacing.

Functional Limitations

Tailored support for participants with Psychosocial Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and those experiencing deconditioning, reduced motivation or functional limitations.

We focus on adult and complex care and do not provide paediatric services.

Exercising in warm water to improve strength, mobility and overall fitness. This is ideal for pain management, neuro recovery, improving sleep and calming the body.

Functional Independence

Exercises targeted to improve everyday function such as transferring, walking, dressing, or standing.

Falls Prevention & Balance

Programs to improve balance, coordination, lower limb strength, and reduce fear of falling.


Collaboration Approach

How can I access exercise physiology support through NDIS?

You can access exercise physiology in your NIDS plan under Capacity Building or Core Supports. We accept both self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Do you offer other allied health services:
